An agreement between the British Transport Commission and the Pullman Car Company dated 29th April 1961. This is in regard to diesel Pullman trains constructed by Metropolitan-Cammell Carriage and Wagon Company Limited. Attached to this are two letters relating to the agreement. The first of these, dated 15th May 1961, is from G.M. Birch, Chief Solicitor & Legal Adviser, British Transport Commission, 222 Marylebone Road, to E.J. Morris, Secretary, Pullman Car Co. Ltd, 167 Victoria Street, forwarding a copy of the agreement between the BTC and Pullman. The second, dated 16th May 1961, is a copy of a letter from E.J. Morris to G.M. Birch acknowledging receipt.
