Letter from William Forbes to T. Powell

A letter from William Forbes, London, Brighton and South Coast Railway, General Manager's Office, London Bridge Station, to T. Powell, Pullman Company Limited, London Bridge, dated 27th August 1906, forwarding correspondence he had received from 'Messrs Marsh and Greenwood' [EJM/3/38 & EJM/3/39] regarding reducing the number of Pullman Cars on trains between Victoria and Brighton. He also asks for the views of the Pullman Company before he takes the matter further.
