Four photographs depicting West and BBC colleagues overseeing the first outside broadcast from a train, aboard the Scotch Express travelling overnight from King's Cross London to Aberdeen on 30 June 1925. File also contains seven press cuttings reporting on the event. Also an envelope which refers to A. G. D. West's hat being in shot in one of the photographs.
