Three photographs of A.G.D. West and two others photographing a total solar eclipse on 29 June 1927. File also contains notes by West recalling the event and his explanation of how he successfully photographed it. West and his companions drove to Catterick, North Yorkshire, to photograph the eclipse from the grounds of Scorton Grammar School. There is a post-it note attached to the first sheet of these notes.
