Articles that appeared in most leading daily papers on 16th May, 1933. They indicate that under certain conditions Sulphur dioxide is capable of bleaching wool in such a way that the sulphury smell remaining after the ordinary stoving (SO? gas) bleach is absent, and a more permanent bleach is effected.
