105x130mm blue Morocco leather case with shell and scroll desing on front. Two latches. Plain red plush lining. Gold leaf around edges. Oval gilt mat, no frame. 70x95mm daguerreotype three quarter length portrait of young woman dressed in black. Young baby in christening dress on her knees. Slight tinting, gilt on baby's gown.
