95x120mm red Morocco leather case (at one time with two latches). Oval gilt mat with Paisley design. Bound but no frame. 65x83mm daguerreotype half length portrait of young lady seated holding book. Wearing cameo brooch and a ring. Gilt and tinting on brooch. Gilt on ring. Inscription is YOUNG'S PHOTOGRAPHIC ROOMS 15 BUCHANAN ST. stamped in gold on case
