This notation includes an accompanying draft, in pencil, described as 'Verticals of the left barrel for division as performed with Plan 28, Notation 290 and mill counting apparatus sketched on Drawings 125 and 126', with a note 'copied', dated 9 July 1844, numbered F.291/7[a] by Bromley; as well as a loose enclosure described as '290 Left', numbered F.291/7[1] by Bromley, dimensions 9 cm x 48 cm.
