Response to BURD/A/11/MB7. Thanks Brazier for her advice regarding Hellman and says he has been in frequent contact with the Burden Neurological Institute. Promises to try to reach the United States in the autumn. Discusses the political difficulties surrounding his planned export of an E.E.G. device to Russia. Notes superior quality of Brazier's E.E.G. work in comparison with her American counterparts.

Curious word missing from carbon copy/typescript: "There would appear to be considerable political difficulties at the moment though my [XXXX} tell me that these clear up quite frequently."
