Letter from George Dawson to William Grey Walter, 26 February 1944

Describes persistent flat top saw tooth motif in readings during myoclonic jerks. Argues that spike polarity may be due to either spread and recession in the frontal electrode or a spread from deep to superficial layers of the brain. Notes that the discharge can move in any plane parallel to the surface.
