Notes his disagreement with Walter's claim that rate is a crucial variable in the induction of petit mal attacks. Describes his observations of a boy who had the habit of waving his hand in front of his eyes to encourage petit mal attacks. Describes his plans to work on the thalamic stimulation of a rabbit using the Horsley-Clark machine.
