- Memo containing additions to P.K. M'Pherson's note of 3rd August relating to the restructuring of the Engineering Department

- Paper 2: 'Engineering Strategy for TCU: The Build Up' dated 9th August 1983 indicating the extra-departmental initiatives' P.K. M'Pherson's is proposing for 1983-4

- Paper 3: 'Rationalization of PKM's Work Load and Future', dated 9th August 1983. detailing his then current work load and his proposal for the next year

- Paper 4: 'Title of PKM's Chair' dated 28th July 1983 requesting a change in the title of his chair from Systems Science to Engineering Management or Systems Engineering and Management.

- Appendix B: 'City University Research Engineering Ltd: (CURE)', dated 28th July 1983 proposing the creation of a body to publicise and market the skills and facilities of The City University's engineering department.
