The film presents the services offered by GEC TPL and details how projects would be conducted for the clients (from project planning, railway surveys, engineering and power studies, design work, choice of suppliers and contractors, to offer of training programs and assistance in preparation of financial proposals). The film concludes with a mention of completed and undergoing international projects (United Kingdom, Zimbabwe, Brazil, Mexico, Korea and Taiwan).
The filming locations include Welwyn Garden city railway station and GEC TPL St Albans offices (prior 1981).
