My dear Sir
I am very glad to hear of your success and I trust sincerely it may be permanent, for I fear you will find the So Eastern a very difficult concern to Keep in train satisfactorily _ more of this when I have the pleasure of seeing you _ I am delighted that you saw Dixon before leaving the North, no man Knew my father better.
I will not fail to send a missive to Mr. N. Wood which I have no doubt he will respond to _ I had little or no hope of your succeeding in appointments with him.
Yours faithfully,
Rob Stephenson
