- Envelope addressed to B.N. Wallis Esq., C.B.E. marked 'On her Majesty's Service', urgent, personal, Prime Minister

- Barnes Wallis' response to the Prime Minister's Principal Private Secretary accepting the knighthood "should Her Majesty decide to give her assent to the Prime Minister's suggestion." Dated 7 May 1968
