An 18 page typescript written by Barnes Wallis which responds to the question 'How did it come about that Five Men, who knew nothing about the design of Rigid Airships, and none of whom was even an Engineer, were given the task of creating the Royal Airship Works at Cardington, with the avowed intention of designing and making a Rigid Airshop to carry 100 passengers to Karachi, with only one stop at Ismailia?'. Also includes a handwritten draft of the typescript, with the first three pages missing
