Copy of letter from Professor Ashmore to Mr C. Jolliffe

Carbon copy of a letter sent by Professor Ashmore, addressing both the SRF and the SRRC in which he suggests that all users of the Facility should be funded by university agreements, and is proposing to see how this can be achieved with Cambridge, Oxford, and Manchester. He also states that he is not happy with the Physics Committee's decision to limit the delegation to the SRRC to a level of £10,000.
