I have yours of the 21st upon this subject – I am not disposed to take less than 5000 --- for my interest – and if I have time to attend to my own affairs in detail would clear

the acceptance of your offer at that sum a very good days work – because if there [underlined] be as I suppose 24 acres valued by your RT is about [illegible] at 1000 per acre I should have a back sell of 19,000 -- we deduct my own share valued at 5000 – I have the chance of 12000 over and above -- we again suppose

by buying your share for 5000 I have the 24 acres for 10,000 – it stands me to very little over 400 pr acre – to say nothing of rights of [illegible] to the S.D R Co. – T Meynell Esq. – the make of bricks in twenty other purposes for which Land surrounded as that is became eligible and necessary.
