The Board have requested me to write you, to say that they will be glad if you can take an early appointment of seeing Lord Zetland respecting Saltburn Land – the feeling

is very strong, that to have the Land taken by the Land Co. made into Feehold will be the only way to secure success in bringing the District into note for capitalists & c.
