Sir/
I beg to inform you that the 4 transfers you signed on Saturday, conveyed 119 ordinary, & 684 Acts 1860 & 1861 Shares in the Darlington Section of the North Eastern Railway Co. to Messr. Fielder & Dugdale.
A loan of £16,000 has been raised on the shares, through Messr. Hoyland & Prince of Manchester, which sum will be placed to your credit with Joseph Pease Esq. on the 17th inst.
