Mr. Wiggin presents his compliments to Mr. Henry Pease & the entertaining Committee for their polite invitation & also for the kind & handsome manner in which they entertained him & the rest of their guests. We send his hearty Congratulations on the [illegible] of the Jubilee & on the admirable manner in which everything was conducted. He has but one request & that is he was unable to obtain one of the books as widely distributed
