3: That the Firm at Liverpool shall be Charles Tayleur Junr & Coy or any other Firm, not embracing the name of “Stephenson” so as to distinguish it entirely from the Newcastle House.
4: That during the continuance of this Copartnership, neither He the said Robert Stephenson, nor his Father shall withdraw any part of their Money, which is now employed in the Newcastle Factory, either as “Capital” or “Lent as Interest” - without the consent of the other Partners.
