We agree that it is expedient to purchase the Land on the terms offered by Mr Anderson, and recommend that Mr Stanton proceed with the purchase as arranged with him this afternoon, that is first report the result of an interview with [in pencil] Mr Walters
We agree that as no branch of the British & Foreign School Society exists in Newcastle that the subscription be transferred to the National School.
We agree that Ralph Hutchinsons salary should be increased £50 _ per Annum _
We agree that Edwd Cooks house rent & firing be added to his present salary.
