At a further meeting held the 5th March 1842 _ present the undersigned _
The above Minutes were read over and confirmed with the exception of the resolution relative to the dividend of £12500
This meeting not seeing the advantages to the Company to arise from the creation of Accounts Current with the partners,
Resolved, that as heretofore, such dividends as may be declared be carried to the partners existing accounts -
Resolved, that apprehending advances upon new Contracts may in all probability be materially diminished, this meeting considers it expedient to carry £3000 to Capital, and to divide the sum of £10000 among the partners, say £5000 on 30th June and the remaining £5000 between that date and the 31st Decr next provided the finances of the Company will conveniently admit of it -
