A glass photographic negative of one of the Adams' family homes, nicknamed 'The Bungalow', at Deal, in Kent, taken by Edgar Tarry Adams in June 1899. In 1893, Adams purchased land on the sea front at Deal and employed a builder to build this large house. The family already had their main house at Halstead but travelled by chartered train between the two.
