- Draft and final copies of ASLIB questionnaire April 1941 on Foreign Periodicals in War, to assess what periodicals from enemy countries recipients are receiving, what periodicals are urgently required and the extent to which recipients are able to make their copies available.

- Handwritten "Analysis of Records of Supplies and Additional demand for German war time sets of periodicals"

- Letter from The Royal Society agreeing to fund the project

- Notes from meetings with the Rockefeller Foundation in 1941, regarding the provision of microfilm readers by the Foundation, and related correspondence about funding

- Various reports, memos and analyses relating to the project
