69 Cornhill with Plans – attended board respecting Nova Scotia Gardens. Met the Grand Junction deputation about the junction of the two lines in Nova Scotia Gardens.

At Kilburn Office and at request of Mr. Parker attended at Office of Christ Church Hartlepool [illegible] from Mr. Phipps instructions about model of Rail and Chair in Patent Construction.

Waited on Mr. Parker at Bedford Room and afterwards attended Meeting of Directors at 69 Cornhill to discuss adverts, events& Contracts – and Grand Junction Canal proposals about their [illegible]

At Kilburn – preparing drawing for Switch Rails Crossings & Excentric Rails.
