Arrived in London by Wellington – came in coach with Young and consider him very ignorant and unfit to be a member of the Legislation of the Country.

At St. John’s Wood writing letters – examining plans & c for Contracts.
Wednesday 31
Cornhill, Stone Blocks let to Forest of Dean people – they evidently don’t understand the Contract.
It is impossible for them to comply with the stipulations.
