Dear Sir
I am informed by Mr Maule that some arrangement is made with the Wilts & Somerset that they should erect a Bridge if required within a time fixed. Can we have any sufficient contract over them if they contain the power by ....... to cross on a level &. hall we not lose some of the benefits we find at present if we rest on their contract only. In haste.
