Dear Sirs

I believe you will find that by the agreement entered into by this Company with the Commissioners of the Melksham Turnpike Road the Company are bound not to pass the Road upon a level without the consent of the Commissioners. Will you be kind enough to call a meeting as soon as possible in order that you may be able to let us know what is the decision of the Commissioners upon this subject.
We are Dear Sirs
Yours faithfully
