Dear Sir
WS & W Raily
A meeting of the Trustees of the Melksham Turnpike Road has this day been held for the purpose of considering the application made by this Coy thro…… for the Railway to pass the Turnpike Road upon a level and enclosed we send you by direction of the Trustees a copy of the Resolution they have come to on the subject [struck through] occasion.
