Two black and white duplicate prints of different sizes (11.4 x 9.5 inches and 9.5 x 9.2 inches) stamped ‘Photograph by John Chillingworth’ (references 156/2/G), showing a gas furnace and conveyor belt used for cleaning and annealing during the Armco-Sendzimir method of continuously galvanizing steel strip. The prints have slightly different tones.
The prints have no job stickers but the larger image appears in the picture story “Men at Work: The Galvanizing Line,” September 1958 issue, p. 35
