Photographs, contact sheets and negatives by Peter Hewitt for INGOT picture story "The Film in Industry"

Images taken by Peter Hewitt, on behalf of Richard, Thomas & Baldwins Ltd, for the December 1958 issue of INGOT magazine. The images were taken for the picture story “The Film in Industry” by Norman McQueen, pp. 21-23. The article puts forward the case for a wider use of cine techniques in the interests of industrial research and development and contains three published photographs from the selection of images taken by Hewitt.

This series contains six photographic prints which were published in the above picture story, as well as thirteen negatives, two contact sheets and one photographic print order form
