Negatives of Foyles and The Times Bookshop by Peter Hewitt (INGOT 34)

Seven negative strips containing images taken by Peter Hewitt, on behalf of Richard, Thomas & Baldwins Ltd, to be considered for use in an issue of INGOT magazine. The images show a variety of individuals at The Times Bookshop and Foyles including people looking at books through the shop windows; large groups of people gathered outside the shops; individuals browsing and reading books.

One of the images, showing a woman reading in front of a table of books, has been published in INGOT 34, page 14 (1959)
