Material relating to leasing out the Kennels house, Cottered

A file of correspondence and documents relating to the maintenance and leasing of the house Kennels at Cottered during Cantlie's time in China in the 1930s and 1940s to 1950s when the house was occupied by tenants of the Cantlie family. The Kennels was a Victorian family home first bought by Kenneth Cantlie's parents and then passed onto him. Materials include correspondence and lease contracts with tenants Mr Morgan, Ms Repton (1931), Captain Hammond and Mr Sage, the solicitors Richardson and Bennett.
