Pamphlet recording the royal consent of King Louis-Phillippe to the construction of the Paris-Rouen Railway by Charles Laffitte and Edward Blount and Company, dated 15th July 1840. Includes specifications for the establishment of the railway, the statutes of the railway company, and a copy of the report presented by the Board of Directors to the general meeting of shareholders on 30th July 1840.
