Copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the Lancaster & Carlisle Railway Board directing that Mr Worthington immediately attend upon Mr Errington in order to obtain an opinion from Mr Locke and himself on all matters relating to the working of the Lancaster & Carlisle Railway at the termination of the present contract with the London & North Western Railway Company.
