Copy minutes from a meeting of the Locomotive Committee of the Lancaster & Carlisle Railway Board at which the reports of Mr Errington and Mr Worthington of 8 and 9 November were read. Colonel Maclean reported that Mr Sinclair had agreed to undertake the classification of the stock employed on the Lancaster & Carlisle Railway as proposed by Mr Errington.
