Worthington, Manchester, offering to send for his inspection mezzotint engravings of eminent engineers George Stephenson, Robert Stephenson and William Mackenzie which they have recently purchased. The letter also notes the arrival of two books: The Railways of America, their Construction, Development, Management and Appliances by various authors, and A History of the English Railway by John Francis.
