A letter addressed to the London guilds on the subject of technical education

A letter addressed to the London guilds pleading for employers to recognise the need for technical education for their employees. Includes a list of companies to whom the letter was sent and some of the responses to it. They are nearly all supportive, including one from Gladstone, dated July 1876, who was Prime Minister by the time of this publication. Printed note 'With Compliments' stuck to the front. Printed in Bath by W. Hardwick in 1881.
