Titled 'Wigan Mining School' but referring to Wigan Mining and Mechanical School. Peace apologises for the delay in sending Roscoe the information he had requested due to issues with the post in Nottinghamshire. He notes that the memorandum sent should be amended to include the word 'Chemistry' as one of the subjects given special attention by the school. Peace also invites Roscoe to visit the school.
