Open letter and program relating to a new technical school

Leaflet. The first page of the document is an open letter by Rob. Lehmann, chairman of the Deutscher Malerbundes (German Painters Association, established in 1876) encouraging its members to support a newly opened school to teach apprentice students. The second page is title 'Programm' and describes the running of the school, which is open on Tuesdays and Fridays between November and February. It is undersigned by the Fachschuldeputation, Rob. Lehmann, Wilhelm Eicke, Georg Stender, Th. Franke, O. Henfurth. Found in a Chemnitz box, but this is uncertain.
