Report on the weaving schools of the north of France and of Germany

Booklet. A report by five students rom the Bradford Technical School who were sent to visit weaving schools in Paris, Amiens, Lille, Roubaix, Mulheim, Rheydt and Crefeld, including descriptions of school buildings - "The blackboard does not slide vertically, but is about four feet high and four or five yards long..." -, methods of teaching, and recommendations. Three students William W. Vint, Fred Wadsworth and Edward Löewe were selected by examination and they were accompanied by J.M Greenwood and Henry Vint, also students at the school who covered their own expenses.
