Document is a memorandum on the 1881 expansion and reorganisation of the Lehranstalt für Textil-Industrie (Institute for the textile industry in Vienna) formerly known as Commerzialzeichnungsakademie. Front cover bears the manuscript title in blue pencil with the annotation 'Only copy' at the top. Contains an engraving of the front aspect of the institute, opposite the title page inside, plan view drawings, a timetable of subjects and some history of the institute.
