At time of acquisition, related materials were stored in separate envelopes. Items within the file are arranged in reverse chronological order, with green slips from the original filing system interleaved to differentiate papers relevant to different policy council meetings. Expenses and Signed meeting minutes are separated with their own green interleaving slips and are physically placed after papers relating to the first policy council meeting in this file, reflecting original order.
