Items include letters to Stephen Joseph on behalf of Transport 2000 from Merseytravel representatives thanking them for their support, printed email correspondence regarding work on the bill, bound summary statement from the House of Commons regarding a second reading of the bill, and the May 2002 briefing update on the Mersey Tunnels Bill produced by Merseytravel. The bill is occasionally referred to in the papers as "Mersey Travel Bill".
