Document details a New Orleans jazz funeral-style procession composed of Transport 2000's Platform network and rail user groups, a brass band, and passengers to proceed from Victoria Station in London to the office of the Department of Transport, Local Governments and the Regions at Bressenden Place in London on the morning of 13 December 2001 ahead of a meeting between campaigners from the Platform network and the Secretary of State for Transport, Stephen Byers, on the successor to Railtrack. Document is appended by a typed "Last Will and Testament of a Private Railway", two pages, printed by Transport 2000 and with executor Stephen Byers.
