File is comprised of press cuttings related to the Commission for Integrated Transport (CfIT) (2001-2003) and printed typed papers produced by Transport 2000 (now Campaign for Better Transport) which discuss a 1996 seminar on integrated transport, letters from Stephen Joseph to Member of Parliament and Shadow Secretary of State of Transport Clare Short, and a typed speech by Clare Short entitled "A Transport Strategy for Britain" (1996).
