File is comprised of correspondence produced by Department of Transport, Stephen Joseph, Railfuture and others; newspaper clippings; meeting papers for freight conferences; reports, consultation comments, press cuttings, press and news releases, meeting agendas, and correspondence gathered for the Commission for Integrated Transport's 44 tonne lorries working group and produced by Stephen Joseph, Bill Bradshaw, Angela Moss, Hugh Pullen, David Begg, and others (1999-2000); leaflets, bound guides, and booklets (1987-2001), and other printed materials, which discuss road pricing, road track costs, heavy goods vehicles, lorries, sustainable development, permitting 44 tonne lorries for general use in the UK and lorry fleet benefits, limiting lorries and local impacts of lorry usage from the Freight on Rail campaign.
