One forty-four page typed document entitled "Shaping transport in your area", written by Transport 2000 (now Campaign for Better Transport) and Friends of the Earth with contributions from RoadBlock, Slower Speeds Initiative and Sustrans, June 2005. Document introduces local transport plans, guidance for local transport plans, measures to look for, guidance for major local schemes, information on campaigning and campaign monitoring, and suggestions for collaborative contributions to local transport plans by the local government. Front page bears an adhesive note with the text "Reducing traffic?" written and struck through in red ink, the text "Transport and planning" written and circled in red ink, and the text "CC 4" in black ink.
